This page explains what Yoga Union Indonesia collects when you browse the directory, submit a studio listing or write to us, why we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.
Listing forms ask for a studio or shala name, contact person, email, phone number, address and the current class schedule. If you write through the contact page, we keep your name, email and the message itself. We use these details only to verify an entry, reply to your note or correct something already published.
Our hosting and analytics tools record basic device and browser information, the pages you open and the links you follow. This helps us see which studio profiles and training guides are actually useful. We do not build personal profiles from it, and we do not sell the data.
The site uses cookies for basic functionality and for measuring traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the directory and journal will still work, though some preferences may reset on your next visit.
We rely on a small number of service providers: web hosting, email delivery and analytics. They process data on our instructions and are bound by their own confidentiality terms. We do not pass listing details to advertisers, and sponsored placements in the directory are labelled so readers always know what they are looking at.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Readers in the EU and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to request data portability. We answer every request within thirty days.
Listing submissions stay on file while the entry is published and for twelve months afterwards, in case a correction is needed. Contact messages are kept for two years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not tied to individual visitors once the reporting window closes.
Write to us if something in the directory is out of date, if a class schedule has changed, or if you want your listing removed. We review reader corrections within five working days.
